Inner Shift
Laurie Weinberg
About Laurie

"First, accept that the Self exists, and accept that it can be known. Then its real nature is open to experience."
The Katha Upanishad

Laurie has an established private practice in Toronto founded on her commitment to spiritual practices and continuous education. Laurie attends at least one, week -long, spiritual intensive retreat each year. Her philosophy is based on the teachings of the ancient yogis; the forefathers and foremothers of spiritual psychotherapy. These yogis had a profound understanding of consciousness and provided a map to attaining liberation.

"Contemplate Kundalini, who is supreme Consciousness,
who plays from the muladhara, at the base of the spine,
to the sahasrara, at the crown of the head,
who shines like a flash of lightning,
who is as fine as the fiber of the lotus stalk,
who is the brilliant light of countless suns,
and who is a shaft of light as cool as hundreds of nectarean moonbeams."
Sri Vidya Antar Yaga (ancient yogic text)

Laurie's compassionate and caring nature is always evident. She brings an intuitive ability to her work which helps her clients to hear the inner voice of wisdom and compassion within themselves.
